can any one please take a photo of his carburateur injection volume cam i want to be sure that the injecton volume per stroke is right

hi all skoda members i have skoda felicia carburateur that have two  wired issues first: as starting car after 12 hours of stopping it hesitate for a minute or two after that the hesitation gone and the rpm become 15 and after 10 minutes it down around 8

but that issue dont happen if i start car after 4 or 5 hour there is no hesitation  and  also choke work well as previous situation

 

second:when i press the gas pedal and goes on height rpm it start to chake between 4.5 to 5

i make a lot of  researches but i not found any solution i wonder can it be a vacuum leak

please share information if any one have solution
