Can anyone tell me where I can access the rear washer pipes (from the car interior), so I can check for leaks!

Open the nearside rear door, remove the piece of plastic trim that comes down behind where the seatbelt sits when unused.

You'll find a pushfit pipe connection there somewhere, possibly bundled in with the wiring loom.
