I've seen here a post with the codes and their description from ordering until delivery (i.e. 010, 020 etc.), but can't find it.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks!

Clearly some dealers are better than others.

The process from first ordering right through to delivery really is quite straightforward and detailed by codes at the various stages, each such code being readily accessible by a dealer, and hopefully is conveyed to you as the customer to keep you informed.

Thus:

Code 00 = Order sent from Dealer to SUK, accepted and registered with Škoda CZ

Code10 = Factory Ordered – Production Week Unconfirmed

Code 20 = Production Week Confirmed

Code 30 = Vehicle Built & In Transit from Factory to Port – usually Emden

Code 40 = Vehicle on Ship

Code 50 = Arrived at UK Port of Entry

Code 60 = Vehicle awaiting/being transported to Dealer

Code 70 = Vehicle arrived at Dealer

Will do. Looking like the 25th now.

Hi quick update on my order which was placed 6th April with a forecast build week 20 and delivery 20th June. The car arrived in Grimsby 2nd June and will be at the dealers by Monday - which means that we should get the car on the forecast date or thereabouts. Very conscious that this is not a common experience. The dealer mentioned a 5 day insurance offer which I didn't think was offered any more but will take as it's very convenient. Car is a 1.5 SE in Energy Blue with Varioflex seats.

I heard from my dealer today, my car has left the factory and is at the port awaiting shipment to the U.K. Ordered 13th March. Cappuccino Beige with leather 1.5 S EL Dsg. Don't know how much longer it will be now. Did think of cancelling the order but in my opinion I can't find a better car to touch it for the price. I can't fault Mitchell Skoda (Cheshire Oaks) who did make me aware of the possible delivery delays. But they have looked after me by offering to service my Octy for free, even though the delays are not their fault.

She's here at last! Picked up this morning and immediately went on a 60 mile test drive on a mixture of dual carriageway and twisty country roads. It's been 13 weeks since ordering, but first impressions are that it's going to be worth the wait.

My 1.5Tsi SEL, with a few options, was ordered on 7th April, has now been built and is in transit to Emden.  The time from there to being available to collect seems to vary more than you might expect, but so far I consider myself to be pretty lucky.  I was told 10-13 weeks at time of order and it looks as though it will be quite close to 13 weeks.  I'm glad I didn't delay any longer before deciding to buy!

Well, well. Apparently my car, ordered on 19th Jan is in the UK awaiting a VRN and the transport to the dealers. If I am lucky I might get it before the end of the month and will not have to extend the lease on the Superb for a 4th month. Oh happy days.

I did the insurance you get 5 days. All you need to do is get a quote for a full year there is a £500 excess i done it just to tax it used my own insurance  from collection

Email from dealer today to say car has arrived with them. Hopefully collect early next week if work commitments don't get in the way. Ordered 23/04 so between 7 to 8 weeks for me.

Picked mine up today LOVE it if you are still waiting hang on in there you will not be disappointed.

Not happy dealer washed her before i picked up and got swirl marks in the new paint

I would phone them and moan about it asap, you never know they might give you something.

They are well clued up, they certainly should know where a vehicle is presently.

How do you know this if you don’t mind me asking?

Anyone got any recent experience on how long it has been taking for delivery to dealer from arrival at the port in Newcastle?

Hi mine arrived at Grimsby 2nd June and was due at the dealers today (haven't had confirmation yet). So just over two weeks in other words. I think they wait until they have a load of cars going to the same location.

Mine was around 4-5 days from waiting in port to delivery to dealer.

Am I the only one who has had their order cancelled by Skoda ?

Unfortunately no Automatic 1.5 petrol Edition available on Car Wow, it looks like there are and then when you click on them it says car is gone. My partner can’t drive a manual.
