I ordered a 1.5 Petrol Blue Manual Edition on 23rd May, been told by dealer that my unconfirmed build week is Week 39 (end September).

The annoying thing about all these delays, cancellations etc is that Adam Faith's lass was making her own kind of music today on ITV before the Brazil-Costa Rica game, and our regional newspaper, the Western Daily Press has an editorial feature about the Karoq in today's edition, yet others are being told that they can't order them. Makes me think Skoda couldn't organise a brewery party, or words to that effect.

I ordered a 1.5 in mid Feb.  It was built week 20.  At Emden on 29th May, where it has taken up residence.  My current lease finishes on Monday and I will be carless.  No one cares.

Mine has been at Emden since 8th June Skoda chat told me after 15 days it goes to priority what ever that means. I assume mine will be going to Grimsby as dealer in Lincoln. 

Finally got my Karoq!! After a long 5 month wait. However, definitely worth it. Love it so far after driving it back from Rochdale to Liverpool!

Hasn’t worked for me. Mine has been there 24 days and hasn’t made any ship yet.

Did you pick up the broken headlight otherwise they would have had it replaced ready for your collection?

I picked it up so needs to go back in to get replaced

Did they miss it out whilst conducting the PDI? 

 

Or was this damage sustained on your drive home? 

Picked mine up this morning too... Already fitted the Heko wind deflectors. Very happy with her so far.

No was missed whilst conducting the PDI. 

Sorry to hear that. 

 

I collected my vehicle from another dealership down south. Upon my return home I discovered some of the boot trim was broken. I took it to the Dealership you dealt with who stated I must have done it as there was no way it would have passed the PDI let alone leave the factory in that state. 

 

It also left the factory and passed the PDI with a failed DMF, though fortunately this was replaced under warranty. 

 

My first and last VAG vehicle.

Yes. No extras or anything given. Think because the car is so popular they don’t have to give you anything above the bare minimum 

Has anyone ordered the tablet holders? 

 

Everywhere it says two but only got one fitted. Wondered if any one else has had this too?

I have also a single tablet holder...

Taken from the Karoq Pricing and Specification Brochure:

 

"Tablet holder x2  £50.00 (inc VAT)"

Check your invoice for price and stock/item number. Contact Skoda UK and get confirmed (in a printable format) what these stock/items relate to. 

 

If SUK confirmx2 go back to purchasing Dealership and ask where the other tablet holder is.

 

If SUK states x1, quote their website if it states x2 (print it off) and query the discrepancy, stating you want either both or a refund for the other tablet holder, whatever suits.

Yeah even says 2x tablet holders on my order form, can’t see a way out of it for the dealer tbh. One of the reasons I got them was because it came as a pair. 

 

Wish i I kinda waited and not ordered them as on eBay, a Skoda dealer on there does a whole load of stuff for £68.
