Does your Columbus have a 26-pin connector on the back side?

Mine has an unused socket on the rear ,right hand side looking down on top ,is that the one you mean 

There are two approaches that come to mind ... you can get the camera adapter unit, around 60 GBP, and that will allow any general reversing camera with the RCA connector to be plugged in ... or you can get a genuine camera and wiring loom (in your case, the camera is integrated in the boot handle), for around 100 GBP

I fitted a high one to mine and there is a write up on here.

We're talking about a Superb sedan/saloon and a high camera, the link that you posted is an estate with a low camera
