oil in turbo

Featured Replies

Hello, is this amount of oil in the turbo cold side normal?
The air pipe from the air filter to the turbo is clean with no oil, the charge pipe, throttle body and intake manifold have some oil, the intake has a pool of oil in it.

Mine it's the same. I wiped the patch of oil off and it never came back (that i know of). Those are oil vapours that travel from the engine back in the intake. I think some people install catch cans for those reasons. Sorry i'm not very technical.

I don't know about the oil in the Throttle body..... I only had carbon buildup.
