Alternative to Haynes manual for Fabia ??

Featured Replies

I just acquired a '54 registered Fabia 1. 2htp 12v.

I see that the Haynes manual for the Fabia is not going to appear anytime soon. See the link to the Haynes web site:

http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=15187&langId=-1

The Octavia manual seems to be be due for publication in April06.

Does anyone have sugggestions for an alternative for the Fabia Haynes manual?

Is there a maintenance/repair manual out there that is equivalent for the Fabia?

thanks

I believe if you search the web, there's a russian version of ETKA or ETOS (I forget which) which is the VAG group parts catalogue. You then need to befriend one of the techies on here who can give you any hints and tips :D

There are two German ones which you can get from www.amazon.de.

They are described in this previous posting. Ezhold's book is closest to a Haynes manual, and worth getting for the illustrations.

so when is someone going to upload a manual...

in english too lol

Alternatively you could join Freedom and have access to the 'Ask a Tech' forum which is just like having your own personal manual alive and online. :P
