Fuel filter

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

While I await the delivery of the correct c-spanner for the coilovers to arrive (Screw driver and hammer appears to work on the drivers side) thought best just to buy :swear: thing.

I was pondering on changing the fuel filter....Opinions? (Nothing wrong with the car that makes me think it really needs changing but thought about it as its probably never been changed)

Cheers

I seem to recall it’s 60k kilometres/40k miles service interval.

Just swapped mine at service. Whole unit cost just £24.

Difficult to do?

Please see link below.

Access on my 2005 Vrs Fabia is easier than this. Fuel filter is at front offside of the engine bay. It is retained in a black plastic case by three small plastic clips.

Euro car parts do the Bosch fuel filter with their never ending sale discount for £13.64 (ignore the £20.99 advertised) with free delivery - I replaced mine a few weeks back, really easy job!52BBFAA7-C864-42CD-858B-41DF9C930279.thumb.png.2e21cbd3afb0cf0b691fa15de41ff98c.png
