Hi there, hopefully you can help a novice out! 

 

I've recently replaced the brake discs and pads on my Fabia HTP2, during it the connection plug for the break pad wear sensor has got damaged and broken (so now pad warning light is on) I'm struggling to find the right replacement part mainly because I'm not exactly sure.

 

But it's the wire (end) that runs to the car not the wire connected to the pad. If anyone could.post me to the correct replacement part and possibly a DIY guide I would be massively grateful!!
