Need to replace my aux belt tensioner as it rattles at low revs especially when cold

There seems to be 2 types listed and i don't know which i need

One has a spring on show and is smaller, the other has an aluminium bracket atttached with 3 holes

anyone know which i need for an 05 vrs asz 130

Are you sure it's not the alternator pulley playing up?

thanks for that, i did initially think it was the OAP so i changed it as the old one was seized, still making the noise though and getting worse
