Hey all, the time has come for the annual lakes camping do, all welcome (but idiots will be shot lol) to be held 18th/19th August, at the usual place (Dale bottom farm , Keswick) unless something makes that impossible. Please add your names!

no rush, we only need rough numbers for the camp site, they are very forgiving

cool, I think we normally leave for the drive about 11 am... we do hartside pass etc..... no cafe for lunch now though it burned down! :O about a week after we took this pic! 

 

I'm guessing that was an accidental fire and it will be rebuilt?

 

I an ( possibly ) bring a pop up square frame thing 3m ish... if I don't have the citigo  It's longer than the citigo.

we are hoping it will be rebuilt! they used to heat it with a giant flame thrower, so probably that that burned it down! lol...

I've enjoyed this meet for the last few years and not been to a Brisky meet for a while, so would like to come along. I was planning to drive over Saturday morning and stay Sat night.

delemain car show is on the sunday, its usually quite good

Checked tent, not used it in 2 years (need new one soon), washed car today. I was planning to arrive 11 ish on Saturday (unless that's too late). I just hope the weather report changes for the weekend, it might be a little damp!

 

 

Do I need to try and pack the 3m sq gazebo thing? If it's high wind, then it's a liability without some big stakes ( don't have )

 

Is the drive on saturday?

Will be fun either way now I have a slightly shorter spring on one corner

The drive is a Saturday I am hoping to get down unless circumstances change by about ten (coming from Edinburgh).

 

Sunday I believe there is a car show.
