Heat shield loose

Featured Replies

Would anyone have a pic of how the heat shield near the rear bumper (passenger side) should be fixed on. Mine is rattling around as all the fixings are gone and the holes seem to have got larger. I can  probably fix it back but would like to see how it should be done first.

Which engine? I can get a photo of a VRS and a 1.4 MPI for you but don't know if there is a difference.

Sorry, forgot to say, its a VRS

Take it off and chuck it away, the exhaust backbox really doesn't get very hot on a diesel anyway.

I've tie-wrapped mine up which works for a while. However it tends to come off, (currently rattling). I might have another go or as above try and take it off.
