locking wheel nuts

Featured Replies

Hi all

Is the fabia VRS supposed to come with locking wheel nuts or are they a dealer fit option.

As i cant see any on my wheels and would hate for some little **** to come along and swipe then leaving my precious car on bricks????? (or batteries as we found a jag one moring:P )

Got mine last year and it came with them fitted as standard.

Should be fitted, but you prolly cant see them under the black nut caps.

that makes sense cheers guys:thumbup:

locking wheel nut key should be in the plastic box in the centre of the spare wheel , also in there is a special plastic grippy thing to pull the black plastic caps off the nuts

And make sure you check that the locking wheel nut key you have actually fits your locking wheel nuts! (On my previous Fabia TDI it didn't; there are at least 12 different patterns)

Two different styles that Skoda use, 10 keys in each set.

20 different keys in total IIRC

I have master sets for both, quite handy if a customer has lost one.
