Trying to remove my rear seats to give them a proper clean and scotch guard.

bottom (sitting bit) comes out easily:)

back (leaning bit) ????

have found the spring load at the out side edge but am struggling with the middle

is it just a case of pulling hard? or is there a technique to it ?

do i need to remove the seatbelt bolt?

IIRC it just pulls apart.
