Furby Vrs 06 Problems

Featured Replies

I've never experienced anything like like on my 05 car. Have you guys all got the latest EU-IV spec engine?

The heated rear window switch gets caught on the surrounding bit of trim. Usually along the bottom edge of the switch. Easiest way to sort it is pop the switch out and trim a tiny slither off the back edge at the bottom. Works fine after that.

I took the car in on monday to have it looked at, I found a tiny piece of evidence this morning that this is indeed how they rectified it :)

hi there windy

I`ve just had a look at all the junk that I got in my owners book and all the technical data booklets are showing to corispond with EU4 regulations I don`t know if this is the new engine data or not but my dealer said it the new one so I`m slightly puzzled at the moment.

My 05 Fabia would decelerate very slowly and smoothly if you took your foot of the accelerator in a high gear on a straight road but the 06 slows down much quicker and sometimes feels like the motor is trying to stall until you dip the clutch or accelerate again, the engine also sounds different! I will run it in and see if it gets better otherwise it is a trip back to the deaer for a little tinkering.
