The part number for the ABS unit should be 6Q0907379G, it should also be coded 00044 for Bosch 5.7

If you have Bosch 8.0 it is totally different:

AZQ, BME:

6Q0907379R ABS 14” FS-III Drum brake 0000005
6Q0907379AA ABS 14” FS-III Drum brake 0000005
6Q0907379AF ABS 13” FS-II Drum brake 0002061
6Q0907379AF ABS 14” FS-III Drum brake 0002103
6Q0907379S TCS 14” FS-III Drum brake 0000005
6Q0907379AB TCS 14” FS-III Drum brake 0000005
6Q0907379AG TCS 13” FS-II Drum brake 0002061
6Q0907379AG TCS 14” FS-III Drum brake 0002103
6Q0907379AH ESP 14” FS-III Drum brake 0000428
6Q0907379T ESP 14” FS-III Drum brake 0000428

Where did you find that info please sepulchrave? I'm looking at a scan of ours which has 6Q0907379AA  ABS 14" FS-II and drum brakes, which doesn't seem to feature? It's coded 0000005

S'OK, I've found it, but still can't see the combo we have. Maybe they refer to the FS-II front caliper system as 13" FS-II even when the car is built with 14" wheels on.

Anyway, to the OP, looks like you have the Bosch 5.7 system from your other posts, so should be coded 00044 as sep says above.

I think 13" means 239mm discs and 14" means 256mm discs rather than what wheels are actually fitted, you can't fit 13" wheels over 256mm discs, but you can fit 14" wheels over 239mm discs.

Yep, that makes sense. Brake description stating the smallest wheel size that could be used.
