I have a 1.4tdi combi 2007, in the service information for QG0 it mentions changing the oil in the Haldex clutch every 18000 miles ish. 

 

my questions are,

What is a Haldex clutch?

Does my car have one?

Is it linked to brake fluid system in any way ?

Haldex =  AWD System, part time AWD,  not fitted to your car unless someone modified it.

30,000 miles ish / 3 years and some even say @ 40,000 miles.

You don't have one, but some other Skoda models do have them.
