As the title really. Both keys have suddenly stopped opening/closing the windows, door switches operate normally. Unlocking/locking doors with key still works.

New battery fitted to key did not change anything. Only possible way I may have caused the problem is that I locked the doors with key while one door was still open.

Any suggestions apart from use the door switches will be much appreciated. I really find this function useful as I can (could) open the windows in hot weather when approaching the car.

Can't help you on this one, Bryan; mine's never had that function.

And as well as recent driver door wiring loom replacement, there's a rumbly front wheel bearing, and the aircon has stopped working; car is in local garage now for the bearing, and to investigate the faulty aircon.    Fan on, press aircon switch, switch lights up, but no reduction in air output temp from the ambient... Hmm.

A bit of a long shot, but have you tried re-setting the "one touch" operation?  I can't remember the exact procedure (a general search of the Brisky forum will find it) but it goes something like this:

 

With window fully down, lift switch until window fully up and hold for three seconds.

Then depress switch until window fully down and hold for three seconds.

My plip plop only unlocks doors. How do you open and close windows?

Press and hold the unlock button to open windows.

Press and hold the lock button to close windows.

I tried it on my 2014 SE and to my surprise the windows opened and then closed, you learn something new every day, thanks

I tried it and it worked. Why is that info not in the handbook?

Forgot to mention that the passenger side window did not close and was left fully open all night as I found next morning. Luckily it did not rain! Is it an official approved function?
