many thanks, the head unit i brought through ebay tirnd out to be faulty, so had to return it, cd player not working plus brocken bracket on the back of the unit so need to start allover again

If you don’t have the 521 anymore I’d suggest trying to get the later 525 instead as you won’t need a canbus adapter for the steering wheel and reverse sensors since it’s built in on that model. Wish I’d known at the time....
