Now having covered a massive 313 miles in mine

I can only say "YES" its fantastic, and I'm sure GAFF will agree.

the first 250 miles were done on day 1 of my car, and in terrible conditions and I was not in slightest bit worried the car handled the weather easily, and once it was cleaned the next day looked non the worse.

Just need some more time off to get out and drive - got to work all day tomorrow!!!

Tut Tut. I'm quite happy with my hearse. No need to upgrade it. Besides the boot is smaller (height wise) in the new one, so it won't fit everything I need to put in the boot.

I have to agree with the above, I know people will be saying that we are only saying that as we bought one but whatever ideas about spending that much money on this car have been well and truely kicked into touch now after having it for a few days.

Mk 1 owners won't like it but theres a massive step in terms of comfort and handling. I loved my old car as you could see from the pics when I sold it, but I really can't wait to see what it's like when its run in.

There wasn't really a chance for invites to be sent out, the sales person was showing me around the car and before the engine even got time to warm up the 2 boys were on the blower wanting to meet up. Sure I couldn't disappoint them

Hmm, I don't know. I'm struggling with whether or not to go for the Mk II, but am really quite pleased with my Mk I. The photos don't really convince me. I quite like the look of those black Mk Is. Very Darth Vadar-like and threatening. New shape a bit rounded perhaps. Round fogs a wee bit twee?
