Has anyone bought any of the stick on dsg paddles?? 

Got them on my octy RS they fit is good and I have no problem with them they seem to be working fine 

Nice, looking forward to getting the car and having a proper go with the dsg box, only driven one once and not for very long. 

 

Do the add ons improve the feel? Are the original ones plastic?  

I got these on AliExpress for under £7. They do make the paddles feel better and the original paddles are plastic and these are alloy so add some weight. A great upgrade

 

At those prices it's clearly worth getting some. Can they be easily removed if I don't like them?

I suppose with heat and care yes, but mine are stuck very very tight! No movement at all.

I'm assuming these would only function on DSG cars that have +/- shift already behind the wheel?

 

(ie. my poverty spec SE has a basic steering wheel that doesn't even have audio controls, I don't think there are +/- for my DSG there)

Correct they stick onto the existing paddles.

Not that I am aware of. But a "Vettel" version is available.

They actually look a lot better than the ones being sold on eBay  You should do a group buy for Briskoda members & sell them on here, I'm sure folks would bite your'e arm off for them, I would & I'm not really a fan of the eBay ones to be honest but like those a lot, even if done in a aluminium gun metal or black colour.

it can be shipped out from India but I am not sure how feasible the shipping rates would be.

Does anyone know if the paddles themselves can be replaced with some nicer ones? Not really a fan of the extensions, I find the paddle position perfect "as is".

Damn. Those would be awesome in gun metal or black.
