Anyone had this stage 1 software tuned to their car?

Racingline bought Shark Performance recently (http://www.sharkperformance.co.uk/); so a lot of Briskoda members on here do have Stage 1 mappings (in Shark Performance form) to their cars, including me. All excellent and 5-Star reviews

 

My personal experience of it has been brilliant (the software itself). In terms of the new process with customer service, custom-mapping, delivery, cost etc, I am not familiar. But Racingline usually have very good service and performance, so I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue.
