Want to give feedback on your recent experiences with Skoda??

Featured Replies

Not exactly in depth though is it!, only three questions and no option to add any detail!.

I'm not blaming you, just think that Shoda could come up with something a bit more in depth than that!. ;)

Generally people only take the time to fill in a survey if they have a complaint so these things tend to be a little flawed.

IIRC its all tied in with customer services aswell and any contact with them can be marked against a dealer score, which seems a little unfair when they are not allways complaints.

Completed. Let's see what reaction that brings

I filled it in and made a comment about the car being delivered dirty.

Dealer had a pop at me the next time I was in. Not a good way to get repeat business.

So it does get back to them.

Filled this in a couple of times, my local dealer hang leaflets from the rearview after doing any work on the car.

Lummox is right though enthusiasts like us may take the time to comment on the service you would expect, but the majority of joe public will only make the effort if they have a complaint to make.

Still, better than no feedback at all!

Had my car seviced today, no compliants!! ( see my thread, Happy Skoda day), survey completed.

Just filled mine in after an unscheduled trip to the dealers when the airbag light came on and the low oil light came on and didn't go out when it was topped up or driven for 10 miles.

The dealer said that by the time they looked at it the oil light was out and I must have mistaken it for the low washer fluid light which was on

They had no explanation for the airbag light

Took my car in a while back to have the brake mod sorted.

Was treated like a king throughout.... Then when I collected the car I was informed that there were details in the car allowing me to complete a survey on customer service:rofl:

From experience most surveys either steer you away from being able to answer anything negative or as lummox pointed out, people usually complete because they want a moan!

I completed the survey and told the sales manager what I had written. He then tried to sell me a yellow mk2 vRS!

I filled in one of these after a mot and service at West End Garage in Broxburn.

They damaged my car and wouldn't own up to it, so I filled it in explaining this and sent it to Skoda Customer Services.

I recieved a call from the dealer principal Daniel Houghton who basically said on someone who was stupid could think they caused the damage and I was commiting slander by writing about my opinions on the card they left asking my thoughts and opinion.

It was only after my blood retuned to normal temperature that i realised that it would be liable as I wrote it rather than slander which is spoken.

I have never set foot back in their dealership and travelled an extra 50 miles to have services and repairs carried out.

ive had a questionaire to fill in sent to me by post, might fill it out this weekend, not that my comments would ever be taken on board.

That probably had a lot to do with a certain dealer principle needing a new washing machine at short notice Terry. ;)

Was just handed a leaflet about this survey at my dealer today.

Nothing bad to report, ive had good service from them so gave them a good write up:D maybe next time they will give me a Vrs as a courtesy car instead of that crappy 1.2 Fabia estate:rofl:
