first question 

iv got a skoda superb with factory fitted xenons. Someone reversed into the car and drove off damaging my 2 xenons.

iv got a pair of halogen headlamps would it be possible to downgrade from xenon to halogen?

Sure.

 

From memory, you'd need to:

- Remove or unplug the AFS master

- Add a headlight range adjustment dial

- Add wiring for the dial

- Change the headlight connectors to 10 pin versions

- Add more wiring for the headlight range motors

- Do various coding changes using VCDS or similar

 

Personally, I'd just find some xenon units and if they are too expensive, use your insurance to do the repairs.

Hi after advise decided to get a new xenon headlight so the o/s  is working fine 

now problem is when i switch on the headlamps the o/s comes on but the n/s only comes on if i flick the stalk to high beam ( flashing lights) aby ideas???

Changed the duff n/s ballast (tried 2 still same)
