Just wondering if anyone can give me a rough idea of either how much a garage will charge to get this done, or the likely length of time, so I’ve got a rough idea of labour cost?

They're solid so it's unlikely they actually need doing, but it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours with a lift and the correct tooling.
