A few LCR Front Splitter pics

Featured Replies

Fitted it yesterday to my vRS.

Looks very neat, took a few hours to get it perfect following the guide by another member on this site (sorry forgot your name but thanks!!) but it really does make the ride height so much better. The front of the car now looks much meaner as if it has more purpose and it certainly seems to attract lots of positive comments from anyone i've spoken to and to people who have just mentioned it at my local.

Anyway, attached are a few pics of it (car could be cleaner).

Comments please :D

I dissagree, as the grills etc are black it matches in just perfectly.

I agree with Ross, it looks brill

each to their own i guess though...

10/10 like the black on silver. Silver on silver would look too 'erm silver :)

Splitters and things like should be kept matt black imo. So-

 TO THE SPLITTER

:thumbdwn: TO THOSE ALLOYS!

Each to their own, I think Octy vRS alloys look great on the furby and are what it should have come with in the first place.

Theres a few pics of mine with 17" spiders in the alloys gallery if anyone fancies a look, btw.

keep it black, looks more oem :)

I think it looks great , its just a shame they don't make one that fits precisely in line with the styling in the middle of the bumper, but looks like you've made a good job of lining it all up and to be honest it's only that we know it was meant for another car that make you focus on that it does look as though it could have been made for the car.

I think the 17"s look good - genuine Skoda too, so look in keeping with the car. Think the S3 17" Alloys on Wardy's motor for sale in 'classified' look great the little 'scoops' at the end of the spokes go well with the vents on the front bumper.

i didn't even know they were octy alloys....:o but I now understand why they put different ones on!

like you say each to their own................(ya right!!)

anyway...

the splitter looks best oem as it was designed to be. i have never seen a car with a plastic splitter of this type that was body coloured. at the end of the day if it was body coloured it would look a mess after a couple of multie storey ramps!

Nice. Yes, matt black looks the best.

Looks good but like goochie said not as good as mine:P :D :D

The alloys are only 16" vRS spiders from the Estate, didn't go for the 17" alloys from the Hatchback.

I wouldn't want to colour code it.

When it's clean i'll get some more pics, but I really do like the look of it, but I agree it would be better if the car was black :o

Like it a lot.

The contrast between the silver and matt black is how it should be.

Spot on Hellfire

Thanks Walkie

I think it looks good and I they look better in the flesh(metal) than pics

  • Author

True, it looks a hell of a lot better in the flesh, pictures rarely do a car justice.
