Now i have readed some things in online and i thing mabye Temp. control, bad Heat core, bad heat core cooling, or mabye some kind of blend door? And yes only fault from OBD2 diagnost i got is:

Okei guys update time, another try with diagnostics but rhis time smarter diagnostic system used and i these things

-left temperature flap positioning motor- no basic setting

-left temperature door potentiometer/actuator- Open circuit/short circuit to B+

Now someone help me please?

That suggests your initial guess of a blend door fault is correct. Looking at the wiring diagrams, the flap control motor doesn't get a separate power supply, so we can rule out fuses and relays.

Based on the fault codes you've recorded and the wiring diagrams, it looks like the position sensor for the blend flap door has failed, or the wiring connection to this sensor is damaged. Either way, the motor can't function as a result.

To find the wiring for it:

  • On the black 16-pin connector on the Climatronic controller look for pin 7 (grey/green wire)
  • On the brown 16-pin connector on the Climatronic controller look for pin 9 (white/green) and pin 10 (yellow/green)
  • Follow these wires to a 6-pin connector on the flap motor unit
  • On that connector, pins 1 (brown/white), 2 (grey/green), & 3 (black) are the connections to the potentiometer
  • Pins 5 (white/green) and 6 (yellow/green) connect to the motor

Have you tried resetting the flaps?

I have this fault too, I haven't bothered replacing the sensor as I never use the manual air re-circulation mode so have little need for the auto version.

My Superb isn't suffering the same heat distribution issues as yours so you can at least rule this fault code out.

So if i understand right you're saying mabye there is no problem with the motor but instead there is problem in wiring?

As always ;) you can either have problem with end device or with wiring connecting it.

Most of the time it's easier to check wiring first.

Can anybody say me where is located the left side Heater Flap Positioning motor? or some video? i know it somewhere in center dashboard but exacly? and do i need remove all dashboard or there is mabye some kind of easier way?

Hi Z,

It's #30 in this diagram. Good luck! I'm currently fighting with a similar issue on the recirculate motor.

(I guessed that Estonia was left-side drive - You have to take out much more stuff than us in the colonies).
