Citigo and Garmin PID, not connecting to play music

Hey, 

I have just purchased a Citigo that comes with a Garmin PID. I’ve connected my phone to the Garmin via Bluetooth and can phone with no problem, however, when attempted to to play music from my phone via the Garmin nothing happens. It shows that it is connected to my phone and that is it. How can I make this work?

You need to go into music and then select the phone from the bottom button that says something like 'radio' or 'sd'
