OK, thanks for your patience everyone, I sorted it out myself. Here's the setup:

Now I have to search for another switched live. I originally had it connected to '4', but of course it's not switched. Anyways, I hope this helps someone.

The power switching is done by canbus signals, telling the radio to go on/off. That is why there's only a permanent 12v. You can probably use one of those fuse double adapters on the rear wiper fuse position for your switched live. I did similar for my dashcam power.

I have no idea about these things, but I do remember that when I decided to replace the source in my first Octavia MK1, the new Kenwood one stayed always on when removing the key from the steering column. Then I read its manual and I found out that I have to criss - cross two cables at the Kenwood using some special kind of caps that were provided with the source. After that everything was fine.
