Apologies if this has been posted else where.

Has anyone done changes with OBDeleven? I am new to it so just wondering if there is any tips.

 

I am hoping to activate cornering fogs, refuel quantity and change my virtual cockpit to the RS skin. Could I add more colours to my ambient lighting? Or will this need vcds???

 

Has anyone any other tips and tricks I could do with this?? My infotainment is bolero, no lane assist camera therefore no high beam assist (I mostly drive on windy back roads to work so felt this would not be utilised correctly for meany help would be appreciated!! 

Practically every coding and adaptation that is possible with VCDS is also possible with the (full version of) OBDEleven too so I'd suggest taking a look at these threads first:

However, I am still puzzled from the other thread where you first stated your Sportline does not have the Sport skin by default.  Did you check whether it is at least an option from the in-car menu? Should be on a Sportline anyway.

I can confirm from playing around it is 100 percent NOT an option. There is a sport view option which I think may be what it refers to. The sport view limits it to one clock which is the rev counter with the speed and gear in the centre of the clock. To the right side, it has oil temp, to the left it has power output in kW. No, Sport view is just what you say, one of the 5  I think different dial arrangements.

I mean this sounds like it was screwed up from factory to be honest, all Sportlines are by now confirmed to have the Sports skin. I would go back and complain about the car missing a feature (it actually is if you consider it's written as such in the brochure) and ask for some sort of reimbursement. With OBDEleven it will take 5 min to fix it yourself but your dealer doesn't have to know that of-course.

Definitely was not an option or even mentioned. Unless the specs vary slightly in Ireland here (which I think they do) it wasn't listed in the brochure. We don't have an option to order a sport line plus in Ireland and looking g on other county websites, standard features very slightly. I have it coded now, was very easy, did it before I left work. I will certainly ask tomorrow and get back to you. It would be interesting to know if this was a mistake on the factory's behalf.

the "additional Sports design"  I believe refers to the Sports skin. If you could find a similar document on the mobile website of Skoda Ireland you would have a good argument.

Ah yes I see what you mean, nope that is not listed here at all. Just virtual cockpit nothing else listed. I appreciate all your help!! Was a bit of a pity I had to buy OBD11 for such a small thing, hopefully I can unlock some other features too in time! Once I get brave enough haha
