Is there any problem with this tire/rim change

Featured Replies

I want to remove the 18" Alaris 225/40 R18 rims on my car and replace them with steel rims  LK 5 x 112.00 x 57.00 with Goodyear Vector 4 Seasons G2 M+S 205/55 R16 91V tires.

Is there any problems with size on those 2 or can I just interchange them how I want without affecting speed measurement

2013 Octavia Hatchback 5E

Is it a vrs? Almost certainly won't fit on a vrs. Likely to fit on other models with smaller breaks. Is 57 the offset or center diameter? If offset then that is quite high for what is probably a narrow rim. I'd be looking at offset in the 40s.

Just seen that it's an se spec. Should fit over the brakes ok but I'd wait for another more qualified member to comment.
