i have noticed this since new but just wondering if its my car or a common issue.

If i hit a pot hole or steep speed bump, even at low speeds the front suspension makes an almighty bang as if it is bottoming out.

I had a similar problem years ago with my Scirocco, where one of the shockers had been leaking an so didnt do much absorbsion.

I know the VRS has stiff suspension, but i blast in my bro Civic Type-R highlighted how much worse the Fabia is over such bumps that other stiff cars....

anyone else have this? or shall i report to a dealer for a checkup?

Not had this myself, if however it's been lowered, were the bumpstops cut down? If not that would explain it I suppose.

sorry forgot to say its 100% standard, so from factory suspension and ARB etc

done 30k miles but it has been like this since new, maybe its the loose ARB as in the other thread linked above?

if i get a chance will check that one out
