Is my NCB affected

Featured Replies

Perhaps Jigger went a bit far with his wishes, but to be honest he has a bit of a point in his first line, If you 'don't have time' to maintain your vehicle in a roadworthy condition then you shouldn't have a vehicle. It isn't just you it could affect, its other people.  How long does it really take to look at 4 tyres to see if you can see the wear indicators? a minute as you walk past them?

Its nothing to do with this particular accident, more an attitude thing.

As you check tyre pressures!

God you lot don't know where to stop!

I'm sure he's been shook up enough from the insurance rejection, he knows from replies here what consequences could be and no doubt next years premium will remind him.

He may have a black box fitted and have have a great driving profile, obviously the insurance company do not regard him a liability as they are not docking his NCB.

End of discussion.....I hope!

If the OP did not want to answer those questions i asked in posts that is totally up to them.

I didn’t ask to be lectured, I asked one question, if you had the answer, answer it, don’t ask me more questions that don’t answer my question

My dad can/has lectured me already, don’t need you or anyone else on this site aswell

The rest doesn’t concern you

The rest doesn’t concern you, you aren’t someone important to me I don’t need your opinions or a telling off from any of you.

You are welcome.  Enjoy yourself.

Welcome to how the internet works my friend. You post, but you can't control the responses you get. You admit to being far to important and busy to check your car is roadworthy, but don't expect to get called out on it. I wouldn't care if it only affected you, but its the other people you could hurt as you slide through a crowd when you loose control in the wet on your balding tyre(s) that I care for. Your dad clearly has the right idea.

I'm sure that you'll post another equally petulant reply to me. Just so you are aware, I have my own children so I am well used to ignoring such things. I suspect the reason it clearly bothers you so much is deep down you know I (and your dad) have a point.

You couldn't resist @Skoffski could you? :shake:

If you were a footballer, I'd give you a 3 match ban.

As for @edwards, you sound like someone who belongs in Brexit discussion thread!

Good luck for the future, @Husseinm575 I hope you realise not everyone on this forum is an old fart.

No I'm not. Everyone make mistakes in life, particularly when you're young. Don't judge everyone by some imaginary perfect standard you may think you represent. (That's for everyone posting their holier than thou comments here). Offer advice not bitter admonishment.

He didn't come to Briskoda for some sort of masochist experience. He wanted advice about his insurance, that's all.

He got it.

Ask the Insurers, which he did and got the answer.

As the OP has had enough helpful advice then i think it's time to lock the thread.
