Number Plates - Skoda Logo?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I need to get a new set of my plates made up for my Octavia. Does anyone know of a supplier that will add the Skoda and/or the VRS logo to the bottom where the dealer name would go?

Thank you

Try looking at the show plates websites.

You can buy number plate surrounds off of Ebay for about £12-15 per pair with vRS Motorsport on the bottom of them, you can also get pressed metal plates as well which look really good (got some myself).

UK Metal Plates

Just order the one's without any EU stuff on it. GB and Union Jack is £35.

Aye, you're looking for showplates as the plate itself will not be legal with logo's where the manufacturer details should be displayed - so nowhere selling plates as 100% road legal will supply them like that.

You can have both, aslong as the BS mark is on the plate (usually really small font) then you can still have a dealers logo on there too.

as mentioned above just buy the surround....

Have now ordered a set of metal plates, with the Euro/GB badge, will decide on a surround later on.

  • 1 month later...

I ordered my surrounds from here:

€7 for a pair of surrounds - proper Czech looking.  Might not be to everyone's taste but I like them and my metal pressed plates (£17 the pair, delivered, from EJ-Parts on eBay) fit perfectly so the surround line on the number plate just tucks in the surround.

Delivery is high (as they come from Czech Rep.) but I ordered them with a couple of other bits to make them more cost effective.
