removing front/rear badges advice

Featured Replies

What is the easiest way to remove the circular bonnet  and boot logo badges? not keen on levering and potentially denting the surrounding metalwork, but want to fit my new colour coded badges from superskoda :)

In that case you’ll find that dental floss is your initial friend.

Boil the kettle as well, and pour that over the badges, & maybe make a cup of tea.

You could use the BRISKODA Search function as well while having a cuppa, loads of how to remove badge threads.

Heatgun (read: hairdryer) on low heat to soften the adhesive, wait until it’s tacky and moves around with little pressure, then fishing wire, or dental floss behind the badge to cut through the adhesive.

goo-gone or similar on the remnants and clean the area before applying the new badges.
