i can see that might work, can i T-cut the scorch marks out later?

I used a plastic spatula and a lot of effort (Or did I have wood) ?>

In my case they just start coming off themselves. The adhesive seems to seperate enough to pull the metal part away. I just pulled it away with my fingers. Now I have a plain black badge. Some white sticky tape residue is awkward to remove.
