2018 skoda superb sportline 206kw idle Rev

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

For those who has a 2018 superb sportline 206kw. When the car is in D, say stop at the lights. What is your idle rev?

Mine was running at about 500-600rpm. Makes the car vibrate a little bit. So now the dealer lifted the rev to 750rpm. The vibration is gone. But I want to find out what everyone else's is so I can figure out if its normal or not so they can have another look.

Cheers guys

500rpm is too low.

Mine (220) normally revs between 700-800 rpm.

Start up is just above 1000rpm, before it settles down after 30 secs of so.

As above...

Thanks for thay.

It is when it's in gear and stopped, right? Cheers

2016 280, stopped in D and foot hard on brake is about 800. Light brake pressure goes up to 1000 ish for the DSG to drag a bit. In S is sbout 1000 all the time.

Likewise in Park.

Thanks for that. Think mine was a bit low then. The centre arm rest u can feel a bit of vibration. I think might be coz the idle rev is too low.
