Hi, a mate has bought an 04 Fabia VRS and is having bother getting classic insurance on it, can anyone recommend an insurer that will?

Mines with HIC, not a classic policy though (modified + business use). They mirrored my NCB off the van which made about £1000 difference to the quote.

@02VRS - Most classic policies require the vehicle to be at least 20 years old, and not a daily driver. There are specialist "performance and modified" insurers, a sample of whom can be found in the sub-fora to this forum.

Cheers, yeah that's the issue, it's not his main car and isn't going to be driven much, I'd already suggested the likes of greenlight who I'm with.
