I don't have an adblue filler next to my diesel cap. Does that mean I don't need it or is it somewhere else? 

If you need it, it will be a blue cap next to the diesel filling cap. See page 274 of the owners manual: https://manual.skoda-auto.com/004/en-com/Model/Superb_3V/05-2017/en

 

My 2.0L 150 diesel doesn't have adblue.

No adblue required. It was introduced in circa mid 2017 on the 150 TDI
