I have recently replaced PDC controller in my MY16 Yeti from 1Z0919475G to 1K8919472C as I wanted to have PDC automatically activated when moving close to the car / wall in front of me. As 1K8919472C is new design (2 plugs, while 1Z0919475G has 3 plugs) it needed harness adapter e.g. from Aliexpress After installation I got an error of misisng communication with electric brakes (PDC module was from Sharan), I solved it by uploading container file especially prepared by Vag Can Pro (originally for Golf 6). It all works perfectly, as a bonus I got moving guidelines in OPS

I believe so - as long as you have MIB STD2 PQ installed too
