Hello Ladies & Gentlemen,

 

I have just joined and become a member of this forum after browsing and using it's wealth of information on many occasion. 

(At the time I did not need to become a member to ask any questions as in all honesty everything I needed was already covered).

 

Unfortunately now the sad bit, the reason I am now joining is last Friday some lovely gentleman in a 4X4 decided to rear end me whilst I was stopped at a red light 😞 writing off my beloved Octavia VRS 2007.

I am currently awaiting the insurance payout however in order to upgrade (hopefully to a newer gen VRS) as much as I would love to keep it for the new car, sacrifices must be made.
 

I have a VRS inspired private plate/registration which I am going to offer for sale; I won't mention it on here as I understand this is just a warm hello and introduction, but shall do so upon becoming a fully fledged member in the correct topic. Ultimately when I can I just wanted to see if there would actually be any interest in it

Thanks Auric, luckily no-one was seriously injured apart from the beloved motor. 

A warm welcome to the Forum Lawrence !  This type of accident seems to happen all too frequently.  Had the same with my GT86 three years ago, happily damage was repairable and we settled out of court.
