Hi all, bought a 2009 Fabia 1.4 TDI PD on a whim last week for £1600, and am thoroughly chuffed to bits with it.  Drives like a new car and seems to be getting crazy high mpg.  I've owned a number of older VW's in the past (mostly old 80's/90's Sciroccos and Jettas) and had temporarily defected to the dark side of French motoring with a Citroen Grand C4 Picasso (which was decent enough....but oh so French lol).  Glad to be back in the VAG fold.  Excellent little car.

 

I'll probably be back frequently to discuss wheel changes, radio swaps and the like.  Hopefully I won't be on too frequently to ask questions relating to problems, although my passenger side electric window has been acting up a bit haha.
