2010 Superb Estate dark colour plastic trims

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if the roof console, sun visors and grab handles are available in dark grey or black? The white pillar trims in my Superb are grubby and the headlining has water marks where the sunroof has leaked, so was looking at colouring them dark grey or black, but would prefer factory coloured plastics for the high wear areas.

This is going to sound glib, but have you tried cleaning it up? For the headlining, get a foaming upholstery cleaner and a wet vacuum cleaner: when the cleaner has done it's job on the dirt wet the headlining thoroughly and vacuum it out. It may take a few passes to get all the muck out. For the plastics, all-purpose cleaner does the job well: whatever's cheapest in the supermarket is fine. Have a few microfibre cloths handy for mopping up.

Kind of yes I cleaned up the plastics, I haven't had a focused attempt at the fabric trims yet, I do plan to once I've had a chance to get some more carpet cleaner.
Whilst it was all out I was really just curious if dark upper trims were available.

Brilliant stuff Greased lighting upholstery gets rid of water mark stains no bother

Even removed oil stains from headling  ( my fault had oil on my hair after doing an oil change)😒
