2006 vRS high idle

My fabia vrs 2006 idles too high (about 1200rpm), if you tap the throttle, it goes down a bit, but comes back again shortly. I had a look on here and it said it might be the throttle position module, but can't seem to find one for sale anywhere. Has it got an alternative name? 

Also, the other day, the engine management warning light and the electronic stability control light came on. The car went into limp mode and seemed as if the throttle had stopped working all together. This lasted a day, and is now fine. This also happened once before about 3 months ago. A reader shows no codes, so no clue how to go about fixing it. 

Any seggestions?
