I have just bought a 2015 Octavia Mk3 - 2.0L SEL - In grey. it has 16in Velorum Alloy Wheels

 

It does not come with a spare tyre. Can I put any space saver in the boot, and what storage kit do i need.   sorry for the noob questions

If you are happy on those wheels (no reason why not) you could get another full size wheel, stick it in the boot. It is the same size as the standard spare.

 

The inserts that fit the jack and tools inside the wheel are available quite a few places.

 

Do a search here for 'spare wheel' you wont be short of reading

I see what you mean...   I will look at a wheel and insert.
