Just bought a 2018 Superb L&K, does anyone know how to activate the fog lights to make them DRL?

 

I also wonder if anyone knows how to code
C/L home lights via Dim and Led instead of xenon lamps?

The L&K has dedicated LED DRL's that look really smart.

 

Why would you want to swap these for the fog lights?

In some parts of the country the police enforce mis-use of fog lamps, why would you want to risk 3 pts each time you drove the car?

That is in the UK.  No idea were the OP is though.

Just a pity it is not in all of the UK that the police enforce the mis-use of fog lamps because the law does cover the 4 countries and all areas.

I wanted LED & Fog lights to function as DRL at the same time🙂

It is also illegal here to combine LEDs with fog lights.
But the police usually dont care as long as you dont drive with the LED/Fog lighting combination after sunset.

If you are stopped by the police, the fine is between 40 - 80 pounds.

Each to their own, if we all liked the same things the world would be a boring place.

 

Here in the UK driving with your front fog lights on makes you one of two people...

 

1) Trying to look cool. Fog lights / driving lamps used to signal that you were driving a sporty or top of the range car, so by turning them on you are showing off.

2) An old person who drives a car that doesn't turn the front fogs light off automatically when the headlights are turned off, so drive with them permanently on, unaware.

 

Personally I really don't want to be or am looking forward to being either.
