I am sure there are people who would not like my silver octavia vRS.Everyone has different tastes.

Being brutally honest (and apologies if you have one)

I thought I liked the new Octavia II vRS estate.I don't.I keep looking at the back by the tailgate and I understand why I prefer the Audi A4 estate.New octavia estate looks too much like the Fabia estate which (sorry LYK) I just don't like the rear end.Hatch is nice but doesn't seem as low and squat as mine.

Same for the Fabia sedan.Somehow it does not look right.

I like the old estelles and the 130 rapid but can't love the Felicia.Not sure if the Roomster will do it.Need to see it in the flesh in the Autumn.

Lucky we are all different though:)

lol sorry to me?! heh i know what you mean the felicia isnt my favorit skoda, i really liked the old octavia compared to the new one but it is growing on me. and i agree with the old 130's.

i want to see the finished fabia as i think that might be a nice car...

I must admit I am not particularly keen on the look of my Fabia, however as an overall package , for me I find it hard to beat. The plus side is of course, when I am sat in it, I can't see the outside!

Looks are of course subjective, there are a lot of very nice looking cars that I wouldn't even consider buying. The new mini for example!

the saloon, looks like the old polo saloon...where a box has been attached to the back end no thought into it whatsoever:confused:

I think the Fabia looks really smart in VRS form. It's quite angular and agressive (like the 80's cars) and looks the part. I don't like the crop of new cars (Clio, Fiesta, Pug etc) that all look so so similar.

I hope the new Fabia VRS looks smart. Not quite convinced about the spy shots seen recently. Then again, which car ever resembled the early spy shots anyway

the fiesta is a giiiirrly car!! they even advertise it for girls! it has to be pritty for girls lol, and you can park your fabia next to the continental gt and say your car was designed by the guy who designed my skoda hehe

i remember when i saw a 1st sketch of the new octy it had really short overhangs, i think it had to be changed because of the new safety regs for pedestrians stay on the fricking pavement! let us have nice cars! you seen the overhangs of the 407!!! nearly a meter or over from the front axle!

Agree the Felicia doesn't have too much in the looks department. The prettiest Skoda ever has got to be that little roadster in the museum - can't find a pic but Rob posted one a while back.
