Im looking for garage recommendations in Nottingham for regular servicing and MOT work on my Mk3 Octy.

 

Also, I have no service book?! - If this is digital, how do I obtain?

No service book with mine, but I always get a receipt of work from my dealer. Your dealer should be able to provide a service history. I can’t recommend a dealer in the Nottingham however. 

Skoda dealer in daybreak, opposite Frank keys builders merchant is useless. Changed 4 tyres on my last vrs and damaged every wheel! I take mine to Bristol st skoda in derby. They give me a courtesy car everytime and are much nicer people. Failing that I would go to rainworth skoda. 

 

No service book with mine either, it's all online. I think if you request a service book they can get you one.

Definitely avoid Daybrook. I bought my car from Rainworth & haven't had any complaints. If you're not looking for main dealer garages then the ETS chain of garages have always been reasonable for me.

If you can head over to Derby, Sunset are amazing.

 

Independent VW group specialist. They have the proper kit so can access the digital service record & update it. Incredibly knowledgeable and fair with prices.

 

You know how good they are because they're always busy and their workshop is immaculate. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else!
