Rear wiper not working

Hi rear wiper on my fabia 2 2008 1.4 d estate is not working, I’ve checked the fuses ok and there is 12 volts to the plug, 4 cables I believe black positive, brown negative, and a green and white and green and red cables. I removed the motor and bench tested it, the motor ran but I read the motor may have not parked. I purchased a wiper motor from eBay it didn’t make any difference still doesn’t work. I would appreciate any suggestions thanks in anticipation.
