the message at the top of the forum kept prompting me to say hello so here I am saying hello

I currently do not own a Skoda, but I am looking to get an Octavia VRS sometime this year all things going to plan.

Looking at a yellow estate and getting the wheels refinished in matt black - would love a set of Leon Cupra R alloys if funds ever permitted, but having a young family it kinda puts paid to modding for the timebeing.

Currently driving a Focus 1.8 Zetec - what can I say - it gets me to work :lol:

Previously owned a mixed bag of cars (17 to be exact) and have been active on numerous forums:

FFOC - for the Focus

ScottishVag.com and Edition38 when I had my VR6 Golf

HondaRevolutions.com and Honda-Tech when I had my modded Prelude VTEC

various 4wd forums when I had my Shogun

so when I get my Octavia there's a very good chance i'll be frequenting this place more and more.

I'm curently using the plethora of info on here to gen up on what I should be looking for when I go for the car.

Anyway, just thought i'd say hello.

Hello and welcome, i drive a Fabia VRs which is the best car i've ever owned, Octavia's are really good too.

Not many yellow estates round - I quite fancied one, but bottled it and went for red in the end.

Here are a couple of pics I found when I was searching - some good photochoppers on here so if you post a pic of the wheels you like someone might be able to edit them onto the car for you.

I wanted a yellow vRS, but settled for a silver one instead. My Grin Factor has been reduced by 0.001% as a result :D

Welcome to the forum. Someone on here has a Yellow Octy Estate vRS but I cant remember who it is, rare as rocking horse dung though!.

Hope he doesn't mind, but this is a piccy of one of the forum members car with black wheels.

Is that car lowered at all? I can see the Team Dynamics wheels, and the window tints, but what else has been done to it?

I think the yellow really gets set off with the black wheels.

I have been looking and yes they are rare! I may have to go for a hatch instead when the time comes but hopefully there will be a nice estate available.
